Mr. M. Prabhalkar Rao,
Chairman & Managing Director
The company is headed by Mr. M.
Prabhakar Rao who is instrumental in transforming
the Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd. as leading seed manufacturer
of the country withstanding the onslaught of MNCs
in hybrid seeds segment. Born in 1959, Mr. Prabhakar
Rao is a post graduate in the agrinomy, being a Gold
Medalist in BHU. His proven expertise in bio-tech
and management of the agri based venture is the major
driving force in making SCM as one of the prominent
player in the sugar industry of the state.
Mr. K Ram Koteswara Rao,
Executive Director
Mr. K.R.K Rao, holding a masters
degree in mechanical engineering is executive director
of the Company. Being an energy specialist added by
years of experience in BHEL, a leading power equipment
manufacturer of India, Mr. K.R.K Rao alongwith his
experienced team of professionals has successfully
implemented the Sugar-cogen Plant of SCM using the
latest technology and presently managing day to day
operations of the company.
Ms. Asha Priya, Director
Ms Asha Priya, Wife of the Managing
Director Mr. M. Prabhakar Rao is holding masters degree
in home science and having 15 years of experience
in Agri Seed Production and marketing. She is playing
proactive role in the management of the company as
a member of audit committee of the company.
Mr. Thanu Piallai,
Director
Mr. Thanu Pillai, aged 70 years
is an independent director of the board of the company.
The earlier position held by him were Managing Director
of State Bank of Hyderabad, CGM of State Bank of Surashtra
and GM of State Bank of Travancore.
